Basement bathroom mold due to foundation leaks

This is a great example of what a slow foundation leak can do to a basement over a long period of time. The Skokie homeowner had suspected a leak was present for a few months, but was reluctant to call. When his wife began to suspect that the reason her kids weren't feeling well was because they played in the basement frequently she called SERVPRO of Winnetka/Wilmette/Skokie. It was ascertained that there were several spider leaks in the foundation wall in the bathroom and the baseboards and four feet of drywall were removed.
