Flooded Basement in Skokie, IL

Homeowners were away when a pipe to the washing machine broke leaving them with over 2 feet of water. In order to start the drying process, all of the water had to be pumped out before any mitigation could begin.

There were numerous contents affected. Since all of the walls were concrete, we didn't need to perform any demo to them.  Unfortunately, the floor was another story.  It all had to be removed. 

The drying process went great and the homeowner was extremely happy with the outcome.
