Wonderful job of remediation of the mold discovered in the ceilings of our retail storeroom. We had major flooding due to a broken pipe in our neighboring unit. The team from SERVPRO WWS arrived onsite at 6pm on a Friday to deal with the issue. They removed the three inches of standing water in no time, placed all the necessary drying equipment, and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized all affected areas of our 1500 square ft. rehab facility. They even cleaned the carpets in three of the treatment rooms free of charge!! Dave Holley was especially helpful in arranging the drying equipment in such a way so as not to interfere with the rehab sessions taking place in the treatment room. Excellent job, and we will certainly use your services again if need be.

We had a huge water leak from an overhead pipe that caused a massive mess in our retail store. This occurred on the Wednesday before Black Friday which is typically the biggest volume day of the year for us. Dave, Will and the rest of the crew from SERVPRO WWS came out at 7pm the night of the incident to take care of the problem. Dave assured us that all of the drying equipment would be removed at 5am on the morning of Black Friday, so that we would not have any business interruption. The crew at SERVPRO WWS was so courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks to all of you for getting us back in business without any loss of revenue. We are forever grateful!!
