Called SERVPRO WWS when we discovered three inches of sewage in our basement last Sunday morning. Dave and the crew did an awesome job of removing the water, placing our property that was unaffected in another part of the house, and removing the baseboards and affected drywall. We called SERVPRO WWS on a Sunday morning at 9am and they were in our basement removing the standing water one hour later. We were so impressed by the quick response , and the speed at which they worked to remove the three inches of water in our basement. Thanks also for working with us on the cost of the job since we were not covered by our insurance for basement backup. SERVPRO WWS was there within two hours of me calling them. Dave, Will and the crew got to work right away sucking up all of the water in our storage room, bathroom and rec room. I cannot thank SERVPRO WWS enough for the incredibly fast response to our flooded basement on Sunday. They were at my house 30 minutes after my wife called them, and set to work right away removing all the carpet and padding that was ruined by the black sludge that came up through our floor drains.
